- We do not guarantee that all delivered accounts will have profile pictures, bios, or posts, although we strive for high-quality delivery wherever possible.

- You agree not to submit any content to SmmHub that is explicit, illegal, or otherwise unsuitable for the relevant social media platform's community guidelines.

- Private accounts are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure your account is set to public before placing an order.

5. REFUND POLICY

- All completed deposits are final and non-refundable to the original payment method. Funds added to your SmmHub balance can only be used to place orders on SmmHub.

- By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against SmmHub for any reason.

- Filing a dispute or chargeback after a completed deposit may result in immediate termination of your account, cancellation of pending orders, and removal of any followers, likes, or engagement already delivered to your account.

- Orders that are non-deliverable will be credited back to your SmmHub balance, not refunded to your original payment method.

- Orders placed on private accounts, or with incorrect/misplaced links, are not eligible for a refund. Please double-check all order details before submitting.

- Accounts found using unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods (including stolen cards) will be permanently terminated without exception.

- Do not use multiple panels/servers simultaneously for the same target link, as this can cause inaccurate delivery counts. Orders affected by this will not be refunded.
